Out of Thyme

Run around the store and collect the listed ingredients! Be sure to keep an eye out on the time👀 Also be sure to look out for thyme, as it's never in the same place. Other food objects have set places within the store yet will be randomized on the list. Once you get all the items you need, you must make a final dash to the checkout to finish.

Physics-based Item Collection

Since you’re in a hurry we decided to have the player shove items into the cart. I accomplished this by applying force to the items in the direction of the cart, and if an item made it in then it was collected.

Cart-like Movement

Since the player is always pushing a cart I gave them a cart specific ability. As a sprint equivalent the player can stand on the back of the cart and push off to go faster but would lose the ability to steer.
